Looking Glass Gardens and Nursery offers a beautiful retreat into the Berkshires of Western, Massachusetts for wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, special events, or just to experience all the natural beauty the Berkshires has to offer. Come spend the day with us, explore our gardens, learn what plants will thrive in the local climate. Just take a walk through our grounds, see indigenous plants mixed with more exotic varieties.

Get inspired to try new and exciting plant combinations at home. Many of the plants featured at the nursery are available for purchase. Our experienced, friendly staff is always available to answer your questions. Our gardens offer a variety of plant life and landscaping. Several different water gardens entice with fountains and waterfalls. Sit for a while and watch the Koi swim, or wander over bridges to catch a closer look.

Our center gardens, accessed by entering through wisteria covered arches, offers a babbling brook, water gardens and rustic benches that beckon. While you rest enjoy the views of the Connecticut hills in the distance. Take some time to sit atop our gazebo for a unbelievable view showcasing Bauer Pond.

Looking for a perfect place to hold your next outdoor wedding or event? Looking Glass Gardens is the ideal outdoor location for any special event - be it an outdoor wedding and open-air reception, family reunion, corporate gathering, etc. We offer ample parking, attentive staff and the perfect site for any outdoor occasion.

On the day of your event, the entire nursery is yours, we are closed to the public so your event is private and uninterrupted.

Nestled in the acres adjacent to the Massachusetts State Forest, secret gardens are waiting to be discovered. Stone walls line the pathways, with perennials spilling over the stones, and granite stairs lead to bridges and water gardens that lead to peaceful oases in the grounds. Bauer Pond and Connecticut Hillside provides a perfect backdrop to your photographs.

Rustic benches beckon you to stop and rest for an intimate conversation. There are four water gardens, each with their own personality and fountains, accessible through bridges.

Looking Glass Gardens is the ideal outdoor location for any special occasion, including weddings, anniversaries, family reunions and corporate outings.
